Quality Construction
Our homes are completely site built with 2 X 6 exterior walls, 16" on center, 2 X 4 interior walls 16" on center, R-19 wall insulation and R-30 to R-38 ceiling insulation (depending on the location)  with concrete footings as deep as 48".
