Warranty information

When you purchase your new home from Neatherlin Homes, we are committed to your satisfaction. We provide a warranty with every home we build, and will work with you to resolve any claims that you may have.

Our standard warranty covers:

• Defects from materials or workmanship for one year
• Structural defects (our standard is five years, but time period may vary according to state statutory mandates)

It doesn’t cover:

• Normal wear items
• Damage due to weather
• Damage due to abusive treatment, such as poor maintenance
• Work not performed by Neatherlin Homes
• Damage that is not timely or properly reported

To make a claim: If you have a problem with your home that is covered by your warranty, please see your warranty claim book for a form to mail to our office. We ask that all issues be put in writing to avoid any miscommunication about your home.
